• To verify product authenticity and prevent fraud.
• For analytics and, with your consent, marketing updates.

Who we share it with (processors only - we never sell your data)

Payments: Razorpay. Shipping: Shiprocket and delivery carriers. Messaging: email/SMS providers. Analytics: Google Analytics, Meta, Microsoft Clarity.

Storage & security

Data is stored on managed infrastructure with reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
