When does my order ship?

Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that cut-off or on weekends ship the next business day.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Address changes are possible within one hour of placing the order. Email us at hello@gren-skincare.example with your order ID and the updated address.
